There are two ways to join:
The first is to join online by typing your details in
to the form below then pressing the send button. (note when you press the
send button a box should come up saying whether you want to send or not,
press the ok button to send, or press the cancel button if you do not wish
to send your details) We will then contact you to arrange payment of fees.
